We're delighted to introduce Mr. Saeed Ahmed Kulachi, our newest volunteer with a remarkable background in microfinance. With over 13 years of experience, he has journeyed from a Loan Officer to a Branch Manager, contributing significantly to the National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) and NRSP Bank.

What makes Mr. Kulachi even more exceptional is his international exposure. He has officially visited Cambodia and the Philippines, gaining insights into microfinance practices on a global scale.

With 17 years of experience across NRSP, SPO, FAFEN, BISP, and AF, Muhammad Hafeez Saqib brings a wealth of expertise to our volunteer team at Rohi Support Program. His dedication to projects like CBSM, PESRP, STAEP, WeT, and NSER is a testament to his commitment to community development.

Muhammad Shahid Malik is a seasoned professional with a profound commitment to community development. With an MSc in Psychology and over a decade of experience in the development sector, Shahid brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise to his role. His extensive experience encompasses critical positions such as Micro Credit Branch Manager, Project Coordinator for various PPAF initiatives, Tehsil Incharge for the PESRP project, and Project Coordinator for several others

Throughout his career, he has excelled in various roles, including Area Manager, Branch Manager, and Relationship Officer. Mr. Rashid's skill set, including sales management, operations, and team supervision, makes him a valuable asset to our team. His commitment and extensive experience will contribute significantly to the success of the Rohi Support Program.

Introducing Ms. Hina Salman, an entrepreneur and esteemed member of the Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Multan. Hina stands as a beacon for women's empowerment, leveraging her digital marketing acumen to instill managerial skills. With a background as a certified Customer Relationship and Finance Manager at Mobil-ink GSM and impactful roles in NGOs, her diverse experience spans Technopreneurship Bootcamps and training initiatives for Gohar Publishers PVT LTD. Hina's two-year stint as a Digital Marketing Trainer reflects her commitment to education and skill development. As a dedicated member of Rohi Support Program, her rich tapestry of experiences converges into a mosaic of empowerment. Hina's passion for community development, coupled with her strategic insights, resonates profoundly with our mission for positive global impact. Ms. Zahra Jamil, a dynamic force in the professional landscape, is a visionary leader with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As the Co-Founder & CEO of Mind Workshop, she showcased exceptional managerial authorities, excelling in social media marketing and proficiently managing bookkeeping. Serving as the Operation Manager at InvoTech and Marketing Executive at EFU Hemayah Family Takaful, Zahra displayed versatility and adept leadership skills.

Alongside her corporate triumphs, Zahra is a Certified Life Coach, amplifying her impact on personal and professional growth. Her achievements extend to winning an award and certification at "She Loves Tech," a testament to her innovation and prowess in the tech sphere.

Academically, Zahra holds an M.Phil with a commendabl grade. Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing, she emerges not just as a professional leader but a transformative figure. Notable accolades include securing the 2nd position in M.Com and recognition by the Youth Parliament for impactful contributions to Women Empowerment.
