As the CEO of Rohi Support Program, he leads a dynamic organization that delivers comprehensive initiatives such as microcredit, training, and linkages to marginalized groups, focusing on agriculture, climate-conscious practices, and women's empowerment.

Mr. Muhammad Amir's expertise in microfinance stems from his previous roles with NRSP Microfinance Bank, where he served as Regional Head Business and Area Manager Business, managing a vast network of branches, a healthy microcredit portfolio of over 5 billion, and a profitable region contributing over 20% to the net income sheet. He also developed and delivered impactful training programs for individuals and institutions, demystifying complex financial concepts and transforming perspectives. Additionally, Mr. Muhammad Amir holds an MPhil in Regional History and has pursued learning opportunities from prestigious institutions like the Frankfurt School of Business. His mission is to leverage his expertise and passion to foster positive change within the communities he serves.

Mr. Shahzad Anwar (Member)

Meet Mr. Shahzad Anwar, an esteemed Senior Expert Trainer with a remarkable track record spanning over 40 years. With extensive experience in orchestrating impactful training events for both local and international NGOs, his influence has extended to countries like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Philippines. For the past two decades, he has played an instrumental role within NRSP, contributing as Training Manager and elevating staff capabilities.

Mr. Anwar's expertise shines particularly in staff training need identification, module creation, and effective execution. His prowess in training was notably recognized by the State Bank of Pakistan, where he earned the prestigious title of Best Trainer as part of the Financial Literacy Program. Ms. Maheen Yousaf (Member)

Ms. Maheen Yousaf is a dynamic and accomplished entrepreneur, holding a successful track record of 8 years in the management of a prominent clothing brand. Her brand's mission is dedicated to promoting the rich crafts of South Punjab while simultaneously empowering rural women by providing them with meaningful working opportunities right at their doorstep.

Her professional journey extends beyond entrepreneurship, as she has also made significant contributions to the field of education. Maheen boasts extensive expertise in Textile Design and Contemporary Arts, having worked as a highly regarded lecturer in these domains. Her teaching experience includes tenures at esteemed institutions such as The Islamia University Bahawalpur and Government College Sadiq Women University.

Maheen's strong educational foundation includes the achievement of a Gold Medal in Bachelor's of Textile Design and receiving honors in her Master's degree in Interior Design from the prestigious National College of Arts in Lahore. Her academic accomplishments reflect her dedication and commitment to excellence.

Having observed the challenges and disparities faced by women in the workplace throughout her journey from Gilgit Baltistan to Bahawalpur, Maheen's vision for women's empowerment has become even more resolute. Ms. Anum Shafique (Member)

Introducing Ms. Anum Shafique, our esteemed Head of Products Promotions for Women of South Punjab and Fundraising Initiatives at Rohi Support Program. With a remarkable tenure of over 6 years in Pakistan's dynamic banking sector, Anum brings a wealth of financial expertise and a genuine passion for philanthropy to her role.

Anum's career journey reflects a profound commitment to learning and education. She currently serves as a Lecturer at Arid University, where she imparts her extensive knowledge and practical experience to the next generation of aspiring professionals. Her banking acumen was honed through pivotal roles at renowned institutions such as Bank Alfalah, JS Bank Ltd, and MCB Bank Limited, where she gained valuable insights into operations and foreign remittances. Anum's dedication to her field shines through her numerous certifications, spanning advanced MS Excel to project management. Her fervor for research and academia is evident in the numerous research papers and books she has authored or is actively working on.

Mr. Shehzad Nadeem (Member)

Muhammad Shahzad Nadeem is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of expertise in microfinance, credit disbursement, and community development. Holding a Master's in Economics from Islamia University of Bahawalpur, his extensive journey has encompassed key roles at esteemed institutions like NRSP, Khushhali Bank, and NRSP Microfinance Bank. From grassroots to senior leadership, he has navigated various positions, showcasing his commitment to empowerment and change.

Muhammad's training spectrum is comprehensive, spanning microfinance, leadership, communication, and risk management. His status as a master trainer and resource person attests to his role in imparting valuable insights on social mobilization, community management, and micro-credit strategies. Notably, he gained international exposure through visits to the Philippines and Cambodia in 2011, and a study program at Frankfurt School of Business, Germany, in 2018.

Mr. Liaqat Ali Khan Khichi (Member)

We are pleased to introduce our new executive member, Mr. Liaqat Khan Ali Khichi, who has joined the Rohi Support Program team. With over 13 years of extensive experience in the banking sector, Mr. Khichi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. His professional journey reflects a deep understanding of banking, microfinance, and strategic management.

In his most recent role as the Regional Manager (Business) at Pak Oman Microfinance Bank, Mr. Khichi demonstrated his commitment to excellence. He ensured compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements while implementing strategic business plans to drive growth in funded and non-funded business. His ability to identify business opportunities, negotiate terms, and maintain credit discipline has been exemplary.

Previously, as an Area Manager at NRSP Microfinance Bank Limited, Mr. Khichi played a crucial role in formulating and implementing business development strategies. He supported branch managers in setting annual projections, budgeting, and business initiatives to enhance performance. His focus on achieving business targets, maximizing revenue, and cross-selling products contributed to the success of the branches within his area.

Mr. Khichi's dedication to the financial sector extends back to his role as a Branch Manager at Khushhali Micro Finance Bank Limited. He achieved business targets for various products, maintained portfolio quality, and maximized profitability while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

His role as a Relationship Manager at Khushhali Bank Limited further showcases his skills in credit growth planning, portfolio management, and team leadership. He effectively managed customer relationships, facilitated credits assessment and approvals, and enforced strict internal controls.
